Only X is metered. Web pages, prices, restocks, RSS feeds and filings are unlimited on every paid plan — we poll those ourselves, so they cost us nothing per check. X is the exception: its API bills us for every post delivered, so each plan includes a monthly post allowance.
The allowance only counts new accounts you bring in. Anything already streaming for another member rides the same connection, so adding it is free and does not touch your allowance — check Already tracked for you in the dashboard before starting a new one.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you want — no phone calls, no retention offers, no fine print.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard and we prorate the difference automatically.
Does the $1 Demo ever run out?
No — it's a subscription, not a one-time trial. It renews automatically at $1 every 7 days until you cancel it yourself. Cancel anytime from your dashboard, or upgrade to Solo or Team whenever you're ready.
Do you offer refunds?
If something's broken on our end, yes — reach out within 7 days of a charge and we'll make it right.
What actually counts against my X post allowance?
Only X accounts you're the first to bring in. If another member is already tracking an account, you ride the same connection — adding it is free and never touches your allowance. Check Already tracked for you in the dashboard before starting a new one.
Is anything besides X metered?
No. Web pages, price drops, restocks, RSS feeds and SEC filings are unlimited on every paid plan — we poll those ourselves, so they cost us nothing per check. X is the exception because its API bills us per post delivered.
What happens if I hit my monthly X allowance?
Everything you already have running keeps running — we don't cut off alerts mid-month. You just can't add another high-volume X account until the month resets or you move up a plan. Adding accounts someone else already tracks stays free either way.
Can I track a big news or market account on the Demo?
If someone on TrackerHub already tracks it, yes — instantly, at no cost. If nobody does, starting that feed from scratch is beyond what the $1 Demo plan covers, so you'll need Solo. Normal-volume accounts are fine to start on any plan.
How do alerts actually reach me?
Push notifications to your iPhone or Windows PC through the TrackerHub web app, plus email, Slack, Discord, Telegram and webhook — every channel, on every plan.
How many devices can I be logged in on?
Two at once on Demo, three on Solo, unlimited on Team. Signing in on a new device past your limit signs out the oldest session — nothing is lost, you just log back in.
Do you store my card details?
No. Checkout and billing run entirely through Stripe, and the page where you change your card or cancel is Stripe's own. Your card number never reaches our servers.
