Terms of Service
The rules for using TrackerHub — please read before you subscribe.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrackerHub (the "Service"), operated at trackerhub.site (the "Site") by Klarge Group, a sole proprietorship ("TrackerHub," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. What TrackerHub Does
TrackerHub lets you configure "trackers" that monitor publicly accessible web content — pages, public social media accounts, product listings, public filings, and similar public sources — and notify you when that content changes, via email, Telegram, Slack, Discord, webhook, or push notification, depending on your configuration and plan.
Because most sources we track don't offer an official API for this kind of monitoring, TrackerHub generally checks them the same way a browser loading the page would — requesting the public page or a public embed/syndication feed at a regular interval, rather than using a target site's authenticated or official API. Check frequency varies by target and may change over time: as of this writing, most sources are checked roughly every 1–2 seconds, and social media profiles roughly every 5–10 seconds (checked less frequently, deliberately, since aggressive automated access is more likely to be rate-limited or blocked on those platforms). We may adjust these intervals, or the underlying method used for a given target, at our discretion to balance speed against reliability — actual check frequency isn't guaranteed and can change without prior notice.
3. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. When you create an account you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@trackerhub.site if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
TrackerHub only tracks publicly available information. You agree that you will not use the Service to:
- Access, or attempt to access, private accounts, authenticated content, or any system you don't have a right to access;
- Bypass paywalls, CAPTCHAs, rate limits, or other access controls on a third-party site;
- Harass, stalk, intimidate, dox, or otherwise cause harm to any individual — tracking someone's public posts for personal curiosity is your call to make, but using the Service to facilitate harassment or unlawful surveillance of a person is not permitted, and we may suspend accounts we reasonably believe are being used this way;
- Violate any applicable law, or the terms of service of any site or platform you point a tracker at;
- Overload, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service or the infrastructure behind it;
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled:
- Demo — $1, billed every 7 days;
- Solo — $20, billed monthly;
- Team — $50, billed monthly.
You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law. We may change plan pricing going forward, and will give you reasonable notice before any change takes effect on your account.
6. Your Content & Tracker Configurations
You're responsible for the targets, keywords, and destinations you configure in your trackers, and for having any rights necessary to receive and act on that information. We don't review tracker configurations before they run, but we may disable a tracker that violates these Terms.
7. Service Availability
We aim for reliable, fast tracking, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't guarantee that any tracker will catch every change, that alerts will be instantaneous, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free — third-party sites change their layouts, block automated access, or go down, and that can affect tracking accuracy.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrackerHub and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed alerts, trading decisions, or actions taken based on tracked data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including the Acceptable Use section above. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
